Application for equity crowdfunding

Through user interviews with entrepreneurs and the sales team, I identified an issue of both groups wasting their time. So in order to properly evaluate companies before they created a complete campaign, I created an application form for them to fill out. This form enables the sales team to spend less time evaluating companies and the companies themselves have not wasted a lot of their time only to be declined the right to campaign on FundedByMe.
